3D Prototyping

With our 3D printing service for mechanical components, we quickly develop prototypes in thermoplastic materials, both to test and validate the CAD model before mass production and to create a specific part to be integrated into a final structure.

Also known as rapid prototyping, 3D printing makes it possible to produce an object starting from a 3D CAD model, and it is becoming an essential presence in the mechanical engineering sector.

By transforming the digital 3D model into a physical part, the design phase is optimized , lead times are reduced, and it becomes possible to modify the component’s design or features at low cost before moving on to mass production. It is also suitable for producing parts that are difficult to obtain with traditional machining methods.

Through our 3D printing service, we manufacture functional prototypes for mechanical components and/or final parts used in various industrial automation sectors (textile, chemical, paper, furniture, packaging, etc.).
